Burlington, IA- Des Moines County Conservation’s annual Outdoor Youth Jamboree is set to take place on Saturday June 1st.
According to a news release, the event will take place from 9 AM to 2 PM at Big Hollow Recreation Area, and will include multiple outdoor activities.
Those activities include boat rides on the lake, canoeing, a self-guided story walk, pond study, live critters and more.
There will also be instructor-led shooting sports as well as a free lunch. Pre-registration is recommended, but not required.
