Human remains found in Adams County identified as missing Warsaw man

Adams County, Ill.-  The Adams County, Illinois Coroner has identified human remains found Thursday as a missing Warsaw man.

TV Station WGEM reports that the human remains discovered Thursday, September 5th, in Adams County have been identified as 27-year-old Zebulon Greer of Warsaw, Illinois by the Adams County Coroner.

Greer was last seen on July 28th just south of Camp Point.

On Wednesday, September 4th, authorities responded to a possible sighting of a vehicle associated with the Missing persons investigation for Greer.

Authorities searched the vehicle and the surrounding area, but Greer was not located in the vicinity.

A Ground search was conducted early Thursday, and the remains were located about 300 yards away from the car.
