Donnellson, IA- Aspire of Donnellson nursing home has been closed indefinitely.
The Pen City Current reports that the facility was informed Friday that their agreement with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid services was being terminated effective Monday.
Residents were moved from the facility on August 28th, after state officials with the Iowa Department of Inspections, Appeals and Licensing found during a survey that the health and safety of residents required emergency action.
