Fort Madison, IA- The Fort Madison Police Department is asking for assistance from the public in locating a missing person.
According to a news release, 39-year-old Jeffery Allen Moore was last seen at about 3:30 AM on October 13th in the 2400 block of Avenue L.
He is described as a black male, 5’10”, 175 lbs. He was last seen wearing a yellow sweatshirt, gray/black sweatpants, and Crocs.
Moore suffers from severe mental health diagnoses and is not believed to be in possession of his medication.
Authorities ask the public to not approach Moore if seen, and instead immediately call 911.
Authorities ask anyone in the public who has seen of heard from Moore after October 13th at 3:30 Am to reach out.
