Fort Madison’s annual Community Clean-Up will return Saturday, April 19, with volunteers gathering at Central Park at 9 a.m. to begin the effort. Organized by the Fort Madison Beautification Foundation, the event focuses on removing litter and debris from public areas across the city.
Participants will be provided with supplies including trash bags, vests, grabbers, and clean-up maps. Volunteers are encouraged to bring their own gloves.
Organizers emphasize that even small contributions of time make a difference in keeping Fort Madison clean and welcoming.
