Burlington Police have arrested Marlin Britton after a hit‑and‑run at the Jet Stop on South Street injured two pedestrians early Sunday. Officers say the vehicle fled the scene but was later found at a home on Osborne Street. One victim was hospitalized. Britton faces charges including willful injury and leaving the scene of an accident. Police say additional charges are possible as the investigation continues.
