Police smelling marijuana coming from a car during a traffic stop is what led to the arrest of a Burlington man on theft and gun charges. Burlington Police say 18-year old Damuri Mitchell was arrested after a traffic stop earlier this month turned up a stolen gun he was allegedly trying to hide in his jacket. Mitchell posted $2000 bond and was released from custody awaiting a hearing today at the Des Moines County Courthouse.
