The Hawk Eye reports that it might be located in space being renovated on North Roosevelt avenue, but no official confirmation has been made. Burlington’s clinic will be part of the growing Hy-Vee Health Exemplar Care network that blends direct primary care services with walk-in and urgent care options. Since Hy-Vee became a joint owner of Exemplar Care in early 2024, the organization has broadened its footprint across Iowa and the Midwest. It offers membership-based primary care services.
