Union officials representing the Louisa County’s sheriff’s office and secondary roads department presented their proposals for a new contract amid ongoing negotiations with the Board of Supervisors. The union is proposing a three-year contract with 8% salary increases along with boot and uniform allowances. The Board discussed the proposal in closed session, no decision made yet.
