Burlington’s Flint Ridge Business Park is going to be expanded.
On Wednesday, the Greater Burlington Partnership (GBP) and Great River Health announced a collaboration to expand the park on the city’s west side.
Great River Health has agreed to list 24 acres adjacent to the business park with GBP’s commercial broker, paving the way for the largest expansion of the business park since it was developed. It could have light industrial or commercial applications.
