Burlington Public Library cardholders now have access to three new learning platforms that library officials say will be helpful for adults hoping to learn new job skills.
Udemy is an online learning platform that connects patrons to video-based courses taught by leading experts in business, technology, and more. Gale General OneFile, which contains a collection of magazines and journals that includes reference, newspaper and audio content, and GetSetUp, designed to support the growing needs of older adults across the community. Burlington Public Library patrons will be able to access all three databases by visiting the library’s website.
