Jurors on Friday got to see the moment that the Burlington woman accused of stabbing her cousin to death learned that the man she admitted to stabbing had died of his injuries.

The jury saw a video of 50-year-old Tisha Bounds shaking and crying in disbelief as she was told the news by a detective. Bounds had assumed until that point that she had simply injured 33-year-old Derius Lashaun Moore of Chicago. That stabbing happened last March at an Angular Street apartment. Friday was the third day of the trial, which continues today.
