Henderson County Sheriff’s Officials are asking for the public’s help in investigating a hit-and-run that happened over the weekend on Carman Road. At around 6:30, deputies day a pedestrian had been hit by a vehicle that then fled the scene. The victim was transported to the hospital, their condition wasn’t released. Anyone who may have been traveling on State Highway 552 in the area of Carman Cemetery during the time of the incident, or who may have seen a vehicle with fresh damage or behaving suspiciously, is urged to contact the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office.
