Burlington residents have a new no-cost healthcare option with the opening of the City Hope Community Walk-In Clinic, organizers announced.
Operating out of the Maple Leaf Center at 904 Maple St., the clinic is designed to improve access to basic medical care by providing professional services at no charge.
The clinic is open from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and offers treatment for a variety of common needs, including sprains and strains, sore throats, earaches, coughs, removal of stitches, and care related to colds, diabetes, and blood pressure. Work and school physicals are also available.
No appointments are required; patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis.
