A Danville man was arrested in Keosauqua following a report about a missing person and a stolen vehicle.

Van Buren County Sheriff Brad Hudson says they got a report of that a man was missing after going out to a bar in Keosauqua. Those at the bar said that an unknown man had loaded the missing man, who was intoxicated, into a vehicle and left.

They were later found by deputies at a nearby hotel. Deputies arrested 36-year-old Trenton A. Miller of Danville. Miller has been charged with assault causing bodily injury or mental illness, a serious misdemeanor.
