A Louisa County man has been arrested following a seven-month investigation into grooming allegations.
The Louisa County Sheriff’s Office says 49-year-old Dylan Earl Lumsden was taken into custody February 18th without incident.
He is charged with dissemination and exhibition of obscene material to a minor and grooming.
Authorities say the investigation was led by the Louisa County Sheriff’s Office, with assistance from the Des Moines County Sheriff’s Office.
Lumsden has been released on bond and is awaiting trial.
