Iowans have until tonight to pay the second installment of their property taxes before penalties take effect.
Beginning April 1, late fees of 1.5% per month will be applied to any unpaid balances.
Payments can be made online through the county treasurer’s website, by mail, or in person at local treasurer’s offices.
