The Burlington Riverfront Entertainment brought craft beer enthusiasts together Saturday for its annual Brewfest at Memorial Auditorium.
Organizers say about 350 people attended the event, which featured 18 breweries offering more than 50 different beer varieties. Attendees sampled a wide range of styles, from German lagers and whiskey-barrel-aged ales to fruit-infused sour beers.
The event is one of BRE’s regular efforts to draw visitors to the riverfront and support local entertainment and tourism in Burlington.
