On Thursday the Keokuk Police Department arrested several people allegedly involved in a fight that broke out in the 1200 block of Exchange St on April 26th in which a baseball bat was allegedly used as a weapon. Amber Jade Schmidt, age 20 of Keokuk, was arrested for Willful Injury, Unlawful Assembly, and Going Armed with Intent. Ryan Matthew Banes, age 26 of Keokuk, was arrested for Willful Injury, and Unlawful Assembly. Marcus Dean Banes, age 33 of Keokuk, was arrested on two counts of Willful Injury, Going Armed with Intent, Unlawful Assembly, and Assault. All were held in jail.
