27 year old Anthony Collins was taken into custody by the Burlington Police Department at 7:46 Saturday night on a Des Moines County Warrant for criminal mischief. Collins was transported to the Des Moines County Jail where he posted bond and was released.
The West Burlington Police Department took 37 year old Terry Giglio into custody at 8:48 Saturday evening. He has been charged with possession of marijuana and also held on a Louisa County warrant for a domestic abuse charge. Giglio’s total bond was set at $3000.
The Burlington Police Department arrested 38 year old Nicholas Smith on two charges Saturday at 8:50 PM. Smith was transported to the Des Moines County Jail and held on $2000 bond on two charges, 3rd degree criminal mischief and assault while displaying a dangerous weapon
42 year old Micah Smith was taken into custody by the Burlington Police Department on Saturday at 10:08 PM and held at the Des Moines County Jail on $2500 cash bond for a warrant out of Lee County.
Today (Monday) at 12:45 in the morning, the Burlington Police Department arrested 37 year old Nathan Pace. He was charged with criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and assault. Pace was transported to the Des Moines County Jail where he posted a $300 bond and was released.
At 4:00 this (Monday) morning, the Burlington Police Department arrested 32 year old Anthony Gerdes for a domestic assault. Gerdes was transported to the Des Moines County Jail and held on no bond pending a court appearance.
