The mobile museum will be in Wapello this week.
The State Historical Society of Iowa’s “History on the Move” Mobile Museum travels the state highways and back roads to share stories from the past.
The exhibition called “Iowa History 101” is filled with artifacts from the State Historical Society’s collection.
You can take a free, self-guided tour, at the Louisa County Historical Society Museum at 609 Highway 61 North, James L. Hodges Avenue, in Wapello Thursday May 16th through Saturday May 18th from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, then again Sunday May 19th from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
