Des Moines, Ia- The Iowa Department of Public health on Sunday confirmed an additional 847 cases of COVID-19.
That brings the total number of positive cases of COVID-19 in the state to 312,811 since the start of the pandemic. An additional death was also reported bringing that grand total to 4,488.
Hospitalizations saw a slight decrease with 382 total residents hospitalized with 79 in ICU’s and 36 on ventilators.
