Burlington, IA- The Burlington Community School district will be hosting a pediatric vaccine clinic for students ages 5-11.
The clinic will be held Wednesday, December 8th at Clark Field House at Bracewell Stadium from 4 PM until 5:30 PM.
Due to the recipients of the vaccine being under the age of 18, a parent must accompany them, and a parental consent form must be completed at the clinic or online ahead of time.
