Burlington, IA- Hope Haven will honor a longtime volunteer by naming its new site home after them.
The Hawk Eye reports that Hope Haven will honor the Oberman family by naming their new site home, the Oberman home.
According to Hope Haven the house, located in Burlington, has been renovated to house four people with disabilities.
Hope Haven Development Director Brock Anderson said that Phyllis Oberman has been volunteer with Hope Haven for over 50 years, and continues to volunteer at the Hopefully Yours thrift store in Downtown Burlington.
