Ottumwa, IA- Severe thunderstorms, tornadoes, and high winds caused numerous Iowans’ homes to be damaged, and thousands to lose power.
TV Station KCRG reports that, according to Alliant Energy, thousands of customers in Southeast Iowa experienced power outages Thursday, June 28th. A majority of customers had power restored by 5 PM.
Emergency management officials have yet to report any injuries.
