Davenport, IA- A judge has announced the date that a verdict will be given in the case of a Davenport man accused of killing a 10-year-old girl.
TV Station WQAD reports that the verdict in the trial of Henry Dinkins will be given at the Scott County Courthouse at 9:05 AM on September 15th.
Dinkins is accused of kidnapping and killing 10-year-old Breasia Terrell in July 2020.
Dinkins waived his right to a jury trial, thus the ruling will come from the judge.
