Keokuk, IA- The Lee County Treasurer’s Office is reminding residents that the first half property tax payments are due by 4:30 PM Monday, October 2nd.
The Daily Gate City reports that payments can be made in person or left in the secure drop boxes at the county building at 933 Avenue H in Fort Madison, or on Blondeau Street outside the courthouse in Keokuk.
Online payments will be accepted at iowatreasurers.org until 11:59 PM on October 2nd.
Payments made by mail must be postmarked on or before October 2nd.
