Donnellson, IA- The Lee County Narcotics Task Force has announced the arrest of a Donnellson man on multiple drug charges.
According to a news release, 52-year-old Johnny Garcia of Donnellson is charged with Possession of more than 5 grams of methamphetamine with the intent to deliver, Iowa drug tax stamp violation, Possession of marijuana 3rd offense, Maintaining a drug house, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
The charges came after a search warrant that was executed by the Lee County Narcotics Task Force at a residence in Donnellson.
Garcia was located inside the residence and found to be in possession of items supporting the charges.
The Lee County Narcotics Task Force was assisted by the Donnellson Police Department, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, and the Lee County Attorney’s Office.
