Des Moines, IA- The Average price of gasoline in Iowa increased by 7 cents over the past week.
According to AAA, the average price of gas in the state rose to $3.04 per gallon on Wednesday, 7 cents higher than the previous week and 67 cents lower than one year ago.
The national average price of gas on Wednesday was $3.21 per gallon, 1 cent lower than the previous week.
