The Greater Burlington Partnership and Lee County Economic Development Group have announced a new partnership, with Telisha Fedele appointed as Regional Director of Workforce Innovation. Beginning January 1, 2025, Fedele’s expanded role will bridge workforce development efforts across Des Moines and Lee counties, fostering collaboration among businesses, schools, and community leaders.
Fedele, currently the Talent Development Program Manager for the Greater Burlington Partnership, has led initiatives like introducing Transfr VR Headsets in schools and the Greater Burlington Leadership programs.
Leaders from both organizations emphasized that the shared role underscores a commitment to regional collaboration, positioning Southeast Iowa for sustainable economic success by aligning business needs with education and community efforts.
