The Burlington Police Department is inviting individuals ages 14 to 21 who are interested in law enforcement careers to attend the next Police Explorer Post meeting on Wednesday, May 8, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Burlington Police Department, located at 201 Jefferson Street.
The Explorer Post is designed to provide participants with a closer look at the profession through classroom instruction followed by hands-on, scenario-based training. Those who missed the recent Open House are encouraged to attend. Applications will be available at the meeting, and staff will be on hand to answer questions.
