A major investigation in Wapello County has led to the arrest of 25‑year‑old Jordan Wade Duncan of Eldon. Deputies responded to a 911 call on Des Moines Street earlier this week and found 77‑year‑old Gary Keith Stevens dead from a gunshot wound.
