Van Buren County deputies arrested a 58-year-old man Sunday evening following a reported domestic assault in Birmingham. Deputies were dispatched to the 200 block of Main Street after a 911 call reporting a domestic incident. Upon arrival, deputies interviewed a female victim who was found to have a large laceration on her left forearm and bruising on her face and arms that appeared to be several days old. The victim was transported by ambulance to Van Buren County Hospital for treatment. A short time later, deputies located and arrested Brian Beebe, 58, in connection with the incident.
