A plea agreement means only probation for a Burlington woman who pleaded guilty to an arson fire last May. 63-year-old Rosilie Lynn Young set fire to a home on the city’s north side and was seen climbing out of the window with a butane torch. Young was sentenced to five years of probation and ordered to pay over $13,600.
