ImOn Communications has finished up the installation of fiber optic to more than 5500 residences in Fort Madison. ImOn expanded its growing fiber network to the southeast Iowa region early last year in partnership with Fort Madison city leaders. Construction began in Fort Madison in April 2025, with the first customer receiving service in July. ImOn Communications also provides fiber Internet services to Mount Pleasant, Keokuk, Burlington, West Burlington, and Danville.
