No one was hurt but a home was severely damaged during a fire in rural Des Moines County on Saturday.
The Burlington Fire Department was dispatched around 11:42 a.m. to a house fire in the 13000 block of 151st Avenue in Flint River Township, just outside Burlington.
Crews arrived to find the home with visible smoke and flames coming from the building.
Officials confirmed that no one was hurt in the incident, and the cause of the fire has been ruled an accident.
