Discount retailer Five Below is preparing to move into the former JoAnn Fabrics location on E. Agency St., bringing new life to a storefront that has been vacant for more than a year.
Five Below media spokesperson Chelsea Buda said in an email to the Hawk Eye that the Burlington store is expected to open in June and will include a grand opening celebration.
The space has remained empty since JoAnn Fabrics permanently closed on Jan. 19, 2025.
