A Burlington man has been charged following a drug investigation and search warrant execution earlier this month.
Joseph Caskey, 52, was arrested by the Southeast Iowa Task Force and charged with possession of a controlled substance, third offense, a Class D felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor.
According to a release from the Burlington Police Department, officers executed a search warrant around 9 a.m. on May 15 at a residence in the 1400 block of South 10th Street. Authorities said marijuana and methamphetamine were seized during the operation.
