It’s been somewhat of an inconvenience for many who travel along it.
Part of Highway 99 in Burlington, known as Bluff Road, has been closed since the beginning of August. According to City Engineer Steve Hartman, beginning later today or tomorrow the city hopes to have one lane open for south bound traffic.
The project has consisted of reconstructing about 1/2 mile of Bluff Road.
