A Colorado man who police say pointed a toy gun at an officer and called it a Halloween prank is facing criminal charges that prosecutors are calling “felony stupid.” Police say 29-year-old Patricio Preciado pointed a toy gun in the face of Grand Junction police Officer Cody Kennedy early Friday.
