A 69-year-old Fort Madison man will face 47 counts of seven different sex-related charges.
Roger Mendez of 3419 Avenue P arrested Wednesday and charged with second and third degree sexual abuse, 11 counts. He was also charged with 10 counts of Lascivious Acts with a Child and Lascivious Conduct with a Minor, 8 counts of Child Endangerment, 9 Counts of Indecent Exposure, and 9 counts of Dissemination of Obscene Material.
Fort Madison Police took Mendez to the Lee County Jail.
