40 year old Diana Moore was taken into custody by the Des Moines County Sheriff’s office at 9:20 Tuesday night on an out of state warrant for Possession of meth. She is being held on $7500 bond at the Des Moines County Jail.
Also arrested on an out of state warrant, 33 Andrew Phipps was taken into custody by the Des Moines County Sheriff’s Office at nearly 8 PM Tuesday Night. Phipps is being held on no bond at the Des Moines County Jail.
32 year old Philemon Lewis was taken into custody by the Des Moines County Sheriff’s office at 8:21 Tuesday Night. Lewis is being held at the Des Moines County jail on $10,000 bond for felony probation violation.
At 4:59 this (Wednesday) morning, 39 year old Erin Miller was taken into custody by the Burlington Police Department, Miller is being held on $10,000 bond for a pretrail violation for second degree theft and two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
