Addington Place of Burlington , 5175 West Ave., will host Pop Up Boutique with Angels and Outlaws from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Fifteen-percent of all proceeds will benefit Burlington Area Homeless Shelter.

Elks Lodge , 215 N. Fifth St., will host Sweet Celebration by Stinky Binky’s Cheesecake Co. from noon to 3 p.m. Pickup sweets or snack trays. Pre-order, or check out the cash and carry items. Ten-percent of all Valentine sales will go to the Elks Lodge.
