Nauvoo Grape Festival
Sunday, September 4, 2022 Event Schedule
7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. ~ Pancake Breakfast at the Shelter House, Nauvoo State Park sponsored by Saints Peter & Paul School. Donations are welcome!
8:00 a.m. ~ Registration for the 45th Annual Festival on Wheels Custom Car Show.
9:00 a.m. ~ Arts & Craft Show and Flea Market opens. Standing Bear Council will have a 28 foot tipi displayed. Members will be available to educate visitors about housing and various artifacts.
11:00 a.m. ~ 45th Annual Festival on Wheels custom show opens – over 500 entries & one of the largest open car shows in the tri-state area!
11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ~ FREE Shuttle bus service will run from the Festival Grounds to area businesses.
1:00 p.m. ~ Entertainment Tent opens. Must be 21 or older – Can beer available for $2.00
1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Entertainment tent will host Live Music by Two Fifths.
Noon to 5:00 p.m. ~ Nauvoo Historical Society Rheinberger Museum offers tours of the arched wine cellar and samples of grapes from Illinois’ oldest vineyard.
1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. ~ Nauvoo Historical Society Weld House Museum (1380 Mulholland) open for free tours. Original and reprints of former Grape Festival programs will be available for purchase.
1:00 p.m. – Midway opens – Joe’s Old Fashioned Fun & Food Vendors
2:00 p.m. ~ Nauvoo Grape Festival Feature Parade begins at the Fire Station & ends on Parley Street in the Nauvoo State Park. 2022 Grand Marshall – TBA
