Burlington Ia- A good friend of a local Burlington resident is looking to raise money for his friend in a time of need.
Eugene Reed of Palm Bay Florida recently launched a campaign to help raise money for the family of Burlington Resident Brian Mosher and his family.
At the age of 25, Brian Mosher was diagnosed with Juvenile Polyp Syndrome, which is a disease that is extremely rare which refers to the size of the polyp no the person.
According to a description written by Reed, Mosher was able to keep his condition under control, until he had multiple scares and hospital stays this past summer. He then visited the Mayo Clinic and underwent surgery to have his entire stomach and gallbladder removed.
Mosher is currently back and home and recovering.
Reed states that since his surgery he has been unable to work and his wife is struggling to work both of her part-time jobs due to her husband’s recovery and having to take care of other family members.
Thus Reed decided to start a Go Fund Me page in order to help out the family. The listed goal is for 1000 dollars.
