23-year-old Ryan O’Neill of Burlington was arrested by Des Moines County Sheriff’s deputies on 50th Street and Highway 61 in Burlington late Wednesday night. He was arrested for Speeding 20 MPH over the Speed Limit, Failure to Yield an Emergency Vehicle, Failure to Use Headlamps, Failure to Obey a Stop Sign, Eluding Injury OWI Offense, Reckless Driving, and Interference with Official Acts. He was taken to the Des Moines County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
