Police inspect the damaged truck.
A truck pulling a car ramp struck the side of the US-34 overpass in downtown Burlington today.
The strike dented the side of the overpass, which had just been painted and repaired earlier this month.
The truck, owned by Alter Metal Recycling, had it’s crane seriously damaged.
The accident occured during that 8:00 am hour.
