Burlington, Ia- 38-year-old Fatema Peralta was arrested by Burlington police Monday at the intersection of Cleveland Street and South Garfield Avenue in Burlington. She was arrested for possession of a controlled substance for Methamphetamine. She was taken to Des Moines County Jail on a $1,000 bond.
39-year-old Keyst Heater of Burlington was apprehended by Burlington Police in the 1000 Block of North Central Avenue in Burlington Monday. He was arrested for carrying an illegal weapon (an Aggravated Misdemeanor). He was taken to the Des Moines County Jail on a bond of $2,000.
40-year-old James Donlan III of Burlington was picked up by West Burlington Police early Tuesday Morning near great river medical center in West Burlington. He was apprehended on a Henderson County warrant for failure to appear, and an original charge of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance. He is currently housed at the Des Moines County jail on a $25,000 cash-only bond.
