Des Moines, Ia- A COVID-19 related death in Louisa County was one of 7 new deaths reported Thursday related to COVID-19.
The individual was a middle-aged adult age 41-60, bringing the total deaths in Iowa to 60.
Also reported Thursday by the Iowa Department of Public Health were 146 new positive cases of COVID-19 for a total of 2,141 positive cases in the state.
660 negative tests were also reported bringing that total to 8,534.
