Mount Pleasant, IA- The Henry County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of a Mount Pleasant man for Burglary after he attempted to break into multiple homes.
According to a news release, at about 5:35 AM Thursday, the Henry County Sheriff’s Office received two 911 calls reporting a burglary.
An investigation determined that 36-year-old Jonathan Bowers of Mount Pleasant attempted to enter one neighbor’s residence and forcibly entered another’s.
Bowers was arrested and charged with 2nd Degree Burglary, Attempted 2nd Degree Burglary, Second Degree Criminal Mischief, and Fifth Degree Criminal Mischief.
